We believe in complete transparency from the start when it comes to pricing and have listed out our fees below:

Design Consultation

£75 per hour + VAT

Drawings, FFE and Schedule Of Works

Starts from £100 + VAT per set

Sourcing

10% + VAT

** The fee is payable on the purchase price of the item sourced and covers the time spent sourcing the item, ordering and arranging delivery.

Please note that once the item is ordered and delivery is arranged, the client is responsible for being present (or arranging an appropriate person) to accept the delivery. We advise strongly to check the item immediately for any defects and damage so we can arrange a return/refund/replacement for you. If this goes past its guarantee date then we cannot return/refund/replace the item.

If we are managing the design project for you too then this will be covered by the management fee. We will have access to the site and we can arrange for deliveries to be accepted on your behalf.

Project Management

10% + VAT

** The fee is payable on the price of a build project (i.e. bathroom fit-out). We will manage the build for you throughout, from the design, to implementation to the final snagging.
