Design Consultation

£75 per hour + VAT

Drawings : Floor plans and Elevations

Sourcing

10% + VAT

Our sourcing fee is calculated as 10% of the purchase price of each item sourced. This covers the time involved in researching products, placing orders, coordinating suppliers and arranging delivery.

Once an item has been ordered and delivery has been arranged, the client is responsible for being available (or arranging for someone to be available) to accept the delivery. We recommend inspecting all items immediately upon arrival for any damage or defects so that returns, replacements or refunds can be arranged within the supplier's time limits. Unfortunately, once these timeframes have expired, we may be unable to assist with returns or replacements.

If we are also managing your project, deliveries can be accepted on your behalf as part of our with Styling and Set-Up service.

Styling and Set-Up

£75 per hour + VAT

Project Management

10% + VAT

Our project management fee is calculated as 10% of the total build cost (for example, a bathroom renovation or fit-out).

We oversee your project from start to finish, coordinating the build, liaising with contractors, carrying out regular site visits and ensuring the design is implemented as planned through to final snagging.
